The Advectus Dealership Management System (DMS) is a groundbreaking, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution created by Advectus Solutions Limited.

The Advectus vision was born during our work with hundreds of dealers and OEMs in countries throughout Asia Pacific. Working with legacy DMS solutions built on outdated platforms and proprietary software made us recognize the need for a modern, cloud-based, DMS that enables automotive retailers to: 1) Build stronger and more profitable relationships with clients by improving the customer experience. 2) Adapt their DMS to best practice business processes vs. changing dealership processes to fit the DMS. 3) Have access to business critical information at anytime, from any place, on any device. 4) Leverage the advantages of best-in-class third party solutions through seamless integration to the DMS. With these guiding principles, in 2012 we embarked on our journey to create a world-class DMS for automotive retailers.

The first step of our journey was to select the right platform as the foundation for Advectus. We needed a leading edge, cloud-based ERP solution that delivered flexibility, modern navigation tools, and open architecture to enable seamless integration to third-party applications. Exhaustive research led to our selection of the NetSuite platform as the Advectus DMS foundation. NetSuite is the world’s most deployed cloud ERP solution, with more than 24,000 organizations across 100+ countries. NetSuite’s cloud infrastructure provides enterprise-class data privacy, data management, security and availability.

While the Advectus DMS is the newest solution available to automotive retailers, the Advectus team isn’t new to the industry. Since 2005, our team has been engaged in DMS development, implementation, customer support, and consulting services in Asia Pacific, Panama, and the U.S. We’ve leveraged our experience to create a modern, cloud-based DMS solution that helps automotive retailers attract and retain more clients, achieve superior employee productivity, attain greater profitability, and build stronger relationships with their business partners.
